We are aware of this issue and we are working to fix it. ETA is 3-4 days.

Any update? I just checked again and was hoping it would be fixed in your latest feature release. It is still broken.

Just got an email saying it was fixed. But I just tested it with the following results:
When you press the cast button on iPhone (iPhone 17 Pro, latest iOS version) in the browser, nothing happens. I have tested Chrome and Safari browsers. Same thing on Android phone with Chrome browser.
On PC, same issue.
Hi Eric, this was a rare issue with the iPhone, we have fixed that as well. Can you try now?
@Eric_Shapiro, following up if you have issues with any specific device combo? Happy to dig further.
Just tested it again. Casting button still does not do anything on iPhone in the Safari and Chrome browser.
However, on our iOS mobile app, those same video embeds do work when you press the cast button. So you still have an issue in the browser.

Is the AirPlay device available when you click the cast button in browsers on an iPhone?
Which app are you talking about?
Can you share a screenshot when you click on the cast button inside the app vs inside the browser?
Yes the airplay device is available. We have a mobile app for our platform. The videos are accessible via app or web browser. On the app, the button pulls up the airplay menu, on the browser nothing happens. I have sent you a screenshot in private chat.
