Appsumo Deal Tier 1 30Min Upload Limit?

I bought a Tier 1 AppSumo deal. If I upload a Video longer than 30Min an error occurs which states, that I can only upload 30Min Video Content. How is that possible? How can I change that?

Hi Jan,

Thanks for reaching out to us.There are no limits on video upload size on any Appsumo tiers. However, we do have a soft limit on video upload size to prevent abuse. Please help me with the account email address to increase the video upload limit. You can also email us to support@gumlet.com for any technical issue/queries.
