Billing and non replies

Hi there,
I have written numerous times via email to enquire what was wrong with the recurring billing but since then no one has replied.
Please assist and let me know the issue before I make direct payment.

We face a lot of credit cards phishing emails thus have to verify all requests for payments.

And pls do not suspend the account as I’m waiting for ur replies.
