Is it possible to request my email address to be changed on my account? It seems I cannot change it myself. As live chat isn’t available for free users, how can this request be made?

Hey Ian, thanks for reaching out on our community. Firstly, we do have a live chat feature available to all our users and non-users (visitors), irrespective of their billing plans.
Secondly, you can make an email change request on our chat support (chat widget at the bottom-right corner of the website/dashboard) or email us at support@gumlet.com, and we would be more than happy to help you out.
