Hi,
can I disable playing a video from its URL, and only enable it from a website (in Domain White List)? If not possible, I’d like to hide video’s URL. I know that can be done with a Token, but don’t know how to do it.

Hi Ruben,
For whitelisting a domain, you don’t need a signed URL. You can add whitelist domains under your video collection settings(video protection tab). Please read more about here here.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I know how to while list a domain. But I want to disable play a video from its URL. I don’t want to be able to share the URL. Only play the video from a website. Is it possible?

@ruben.maestre : If you enable domain whitelisting, your HLS playback URL can’t be sharable. You will get an unauthorized domain error if you try to open them directly from browser.
Hi @vatsalrathod , I’ve created a collection, and enable domain white listing. But if I copy sharable URL, I can view the video in a browser. I mean IMG_2938
I need to protect my videos, and disable the option to view them outside my website. I’m concerned that someone watching the video on my website might discover the URL and share it with anyone else.

Please check now we have rolled out a patch, the sharable link will not work if you have added a whitelisted domain.
