Funeral/Memorial Live-stream copyright and takedowns help

Hi Gumlet Community,

Just wondering if anyone knows the technical policy for live-streams with music in them. I live-stream funerals and memorials where music is often played off spotify (or similar) and it is not possible to buy the royalties for all the music that gets played during these events. Will Gumlet take a stream down like YouTube, facebook etc?

We do not take down any video or live stream until it aligns with our policy and terms.

If content violates our policies or we receive a DMCA notice, we will promptly remove it and notify you.

Thanks for your reply. Would a stream get taken down mid-stream? I do not intend to upload the videos to be listed to the public. It would be a private link for the families only.
