Hi, is there a way to rename the generated files so that the filename is not always “download” or “main”, etc and so that it can reflect the topic the video is about. Thanks.

Hi Ajay,
Currently, this is not possible. But please know that it does not affect SEO. The title and description of the video are already included in the embed schema, which ranks the video for the relevant keyword.
