Replace video option grayed out and status stuck on upload-pending after closing tab

I would like to replace a video,

however, I closed the tab after clicking replace video.

Now the replace video option is grayed out, and the status is stuck on upload-pending.

Help

The original video disappeared without warning.

I suspect that somebody at CustomerService deleted the video to resolve the system glitch.

The video was uploaded a month ago and the link shared with clients.

The video is now gone without warning.

This is unacceptable from a service catered to professionals and to companies.

It seems the system itself deleted the video which was in upload-pending state. Please don’t worry as the video can be recovered for 30 days. We are looking into this and we will recover this in next few hours.
