First problem: When you upload subtitles to a video, you get mediaFragError.

This error is highly annoying. The only way to get around this is to login again via an Incognito window to see that the subtitle works.

Second problem (bigger problem): When I try to delete the subtitle of an existing video, it works. However when I want to upload a new subtitle, I cannot.

It says repackaging, i wait and wait, come back to the video and see that its supposedly “done”, but then my new subtitles is still not added yet.

Hi @raelyntan21, we tried removing the subtitles from the video you have and it worked.

Just to ensure, when you remove a subtitle, you need to click on the Save button on the interface.
