I am an e-commerce creator, and my videos don’t play automatically even when I enable the autoplay feature in collection settings. Our audience is mostly from the US and use iPhones. Is there any way to solve this?
@muditjain, we have checked the autoplay at our end on multiple devices and multiple locations. The autoplay videos are working fine on iPhone and iPad. However, some settings can affect the autoplay experience on Apple devices:
- Low Power Mode (enabled) - Power saving mode
- Auto Play Video Preview - under Motion settings (disabled) - Refer to the attached image
Apart from the above cases, it should be working.
