WP Gumlet Plugin

I am using latest version of Wordpress. I installed the plugin but instructions are unclear as to where I install the API Keys as there is no area in the Gumlet Video settings area to install the API keys so a bit confused.

Can you help.

We have two plugins. Gumlet Video – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org is the one for video.

I already installed the both plugins for Video 1.0.3 and Image optimization.

Where is the area that I insert the API keys?

Our video plugin supports only embedding, so you cannot use that to upload files to Gumlet.

Here are different ways:

You can invite users to a specific collection, and they can only upload the videos to that collection. This means they can delete those videos as well and change some settings like adding captions, CTAs, chapters, and more. I hope that helps everyone in the process.
Write/Integrate an uploader at your end and people can upload directly from their WP dashboard.
Another way is to create the Google Drive/Dropbox folders and let them upload the files to that specific folder (one for each vendor). You can set up automation using Zapier/Albato/Pabbly Connect to upload those videos to the Gumlet.

These are the options to create vendor-specific categories/collections with enhanced user experience and secure way.

Image attached. I tried last night to add one of my other emails to simulate a User (Customer) to login to Gumlet and work only on the content permissions I set. I used two separate computers. I struggled to login and then I realized that if the content is not properly laid out with clear naming conventions we may be embedding stuff in the wrong place for the customer.

Can you give us detailed information after we send the customer the invite and how the process works from there before we embed the content.

Lastly is their any automation that exist between Gumlet and our Vendor site or must we use products like Zapier to do the automation.
